My apps aren't blocked

Check that LowScreen has Screen Time access (Blocking tab), that the apps are ticked in the list, and that Low Power Mode is off: iOS can delay Screen Time schedules while it's on.

How does my tree work?

Every day spent under your daily limit makes it grow; a finished focus session counts as half a day. Going over your limit, abandoning a session or breaking your pact razes it, and it regrows from the stump.

I can't remove an app or raise my limit

That's the pact: while it runs you can only make your rules stricter. To loosen them, break the pact from the Blocking tab (your tree will be razed) or wait for it to end.

I can't delete the app

While a pact runs, iOS prevents deleting LowScreen. Breaking the pact or waiting for it to end makes deletion possible again.

Cancel my subscription

iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › LowScreen, or in the app: Account › Manage subscription. It stays active until the end of the paid period.

Restore a purchase (new iPhone)

Account › Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID used to buy.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
